Tier 3 Nail Art involves charms, Swarovski crystals (up to 30 crystals per set), 3D elements (fruit, smiley faces, flowers, clouds), glow in the dark pigments, up to two hand-painted simple characters (ex: Among Us, kawaii animals/food, etc.), butterfly wings, water color fruit/flowers, cartoon/pop art designs, stamping, chrome blobs, aurora design, checkers with little art in some boxes, and more intricate designs.
